Big designs on heavy fabric. Jacket backs are planned for efficiency — so a large run sews smooth, without constant thread breaks or wasted time.
A jacket back can carry tens of thousands of stitches across a large area, on heavier fabrics like twill, canvas or outerwear shells. At that scale, sequencing matters as much as the artwork: a poorly planned file means constant jumps, trims and thread breaks, and a long, frustrating run. A well planned file keeps the needle moving, the fabric stable and the design consistent from the first jacket to the last.
We also plan for the fabric — heavier materials need the right underlay and backing approach, or the design puckers and shifts under its own density.
